Spinning or indoor cycling workouts can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout, burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. It especially can compliment you resistance training workouts. Our spin classes will help to build you cardio vascular endurance, reduce body fat and give you another option for cardiovascular exercise. Try our spin classes offered Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm with July. Or if you are looking for a real challenge, try our bootcamp and spin classes offered on Monday and Wednesday at 6pm (with JC and Felix), 90 minutes of high intensity exercise, and a great combination workout!
