EFP One-on-One Training

When you consider one-on-one training, your program should cover resistance training, a cardiovascular recommendation and some type of nutritional guidance. In order to accomplish your goals (Whether it is  overall fitness, to compete competitively, weight-loss or toning up), Elite Fitness & Performance will personalize a program to get you there.  At EFP, we pride ourselves on designing a program for you that works at your pace, with exercises that suit your personal needs and comfort levels. We can assist clients of all ages, from our youngest client at 12 years old to our oldest client a young and feisty 88 years young, we can help!

Our one-on-one training programs incorporate flexibility, core training and are designed to increase your overall strength and endurance.
