Nick Named Bones Randall  Bowens loves to be able to pass on the knowledge from his studies on how the body works while implementing explosive exercise combinations. Randall strives to provide work-outs geared toward increasing strength, and balance, ultimately creating a body that’s able to maintain lean muscle mass, burn body fat, and move through space more efficiently.  He prides himself with being an influence in the trend of making fitness an everyday element of life. Randall provides motivation, accountability, and an education foundation on reaching and maintaining your fitness goals.
