Athletics and fitness have always been a part of my life. Growing up in Los Angeles, sports were a positive avenue to channel my energy. I was involved in football and basketball in high school and in college leagues.

My career in fitness began after college when I briefly worked for Gold’s Gym before I became part of the 24 Hour Fitness team. During my 8 ½ years with 24 Hour Fitness, I was a Certified Personal Trainer, Apex Fitness Professional, Fitness Manager and the General Manager. In addition, I also had the pleasure of working for California Family Fitness for a short period of time.  After working for the corporate gyms, I purchased Elite Fitness and Performance (located within the Better Fit Fitness Center facility) so that I could focus more on my passion, fitness.

At Elite, we change the lives of our clients through skilled training techniques and specific goal oriented programs.

I have been changing peoples’ lives through fitness for over 14 years. I am dedicated to creating balance, focus, and wellness for all clients. I am selective about the clients I accept into my training program. Due to the desire, discipline, and determination it requires to reach fitness goals, a mutual client/trainer commitment is required.  I make it my goal to make each workout fun, challenging, and a bit different each time so that my clients are continually challenged.

I am also selective about the trainers who are part of the Elite team.  Our mission is to change the lives of our clients we serve by creating balance, focus, and wellness through fitness. We are committed to creating unique programs that include emotional, spiritual and physical growth. Our focus is to improve our client’s overall health and well-being.

Like great coaches, the best fitness professionals know that the study of movement and nutrition can convey useful lessons of life, from increased confidence and self esteem to improved discipline and focus.
