BCWAP

Each week at Elite Personal Training, we have a butt-kicking workout.  The boot camp is held outside if the weather is nice and inside when necessary.  The workout includes body weight exercises, resistance training using free weights, bands, jumping, running, and everything you can think of to burn fat, build and tone muscle and get your heart pumping to give you a full body, muscle and cardio workout.

On the 3rd Saturday of each month, we hold a Boot Camp With A Purpose event, which supports a local nonprofit organization. 

  • 7 am -  8 :30 Saturdays (Fall & Winter – EFP Gym)  more times may be offered for BCWAP events that expect  30 or more people

Boot Camp With A Purpose is part of a growing fitness, fundraising, social awareness movement with now with over 60 companies and fitness professionals in the U.S. participating and people in 4 other countries donating their time, expertise, and facilities in an effort to bring worthy causes to the forefront and make a difference.

Every Boot Camp With a Purpose location supports the cause chosen by the instructor teaching that workout. If you have a cause you are passionate about, write a check to that cause and bring it to a BCWAP. It will be honored.
