Sports Performance Training

Elite Fitness and Performance provides elite level training for professional, College,  and High School and College-bound athletes. When atheletes are not playing there specific sports we are the perfect option to assist you in improving your  overall strength, and conditioning  .  We will cover all the areas to help to icrease your agility, speed, strength, and explosivness. Our programs will also  incude plyometric, core strengthening, and flexibility training.

  Improve Speed, Quickness, and Agility

The difference between  a good player and  a great  player on the court  or field is  Quickness. Proper movement techniques – the kind that can give you the step you need to get around defenders – determine who makes it  up the field or to the basket first .We will help develop proper movement techniques for a quicker first step.  
 
Improve  Strength and Flexibility
 Power and Strength is exremely important , whether you’re going strong to the basket , exploding off the line.
 
 Decrease Likelihood of Injury
If you get injured you can not play. We’ll help you stay in play with improved flexibility and balance programs that reduce the likelihood of injury with program that helps decrease  acute and overuse injuries.
