ELITE GROUP TRAINING
Whether you’re looking to augment your one-on-one training, add a little fitness to your life or just switch up your normal workouts, our group training sessions are what you need!
Our group training is fun, exciting and effective. We combine core, flexibility, cardio and resistance training all in one session. The programs are challenging, but designed so that anyone can participate as long as they bring desire and commitment! During the summer, we hold the group training sessions at McKinley Park. However from October through April, we hold the sessions at Elite Fitness & Performance.
